1. Agreement and Scope

These terms (the "Promotion Terms") govern the Shammy Referral Giveaway (the "Promotion"), administered by LaneTrax Inc., a Delaware corporation ("LaneTrax"). By participating after the Promotion Terms and applicable Terms of Service have been presented for acceptance, you agree to them. The Promotion Terms set the eligibility, qualifying referrals, rewards, and specific sharing restrictions; the Terms of Service govern other contractual matters. Mandatory rights prevail over both documents.

This version does not retroactively replace earlier accepted promotion terms or reduce earned benefits. An existing participant becomes bound by new obligations only through the notice and acceptance required for the change. Merely publishing this version does not provide that acceptance.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion began November 8, 2025 (Central Time) and has no scheduled end date, unless ended in accordance with Section 10.

3. Eligibility

Open only to natural persons who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher) at time of participation and legal residents of the 50 United States or D.C. (void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited). Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of LaneTrax, DHLab3D/dhlab3d.com ("DHLab"), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family/household members of each are not eligible to receive Rewards (defined below). All participation must comply with applicable laws.

An eligible participant who shares a Referral Code is a "Referrer".

4. Codes and Qualifying Referrals

A "Referral Code" is a discount or referral code or link issued by LaneTrax to an eligible user for sharing with friends. Discount terms are disclosed with the offer and are subject to Section 5 and the Terms of Service.

A "Use" occurs when a friend applies your Referral Code to their LaneTrax account through the supported flow. A Use alone does not qualify for a Reward.

A "Subscription" is a paid LaneTrax subscription successfully processed through Apple's in-app purchase or offer-code system using a supported LaneTrax flow and recognized by LaneTrax's systems. This includes a supported redemption that opens an Apple-hosted page or purchase interface outside the App. The referral must remain associated with that purchase. A free trial, code assignment, or unrelated purchase does not by itself qualify.

A "Referred Friend" is a natural person who is not currently subscribed to LaneTrax and has never previously subscribed.

A "Qualifying Referral" requires (i) a valid Use by a Referred Friend and (ii) that same Referred Friend purchasing and activating a Subscription that is not canceled, refunded, charged back, or otherwise invalidated, and that passes LaneTrax's fraud and compliance checks.

5. Code Limits and Availability

Each Referral Code is capped at ten Uses. After ten Uses are recorded against a given Referral Code, that code will cease to function for additional Uses.

The cap applies to Uses only. Because not all Uses result in Qualifying Referrals, a Referrer may reach the 10-Use cap without achieving the reward threshold in Section 6.

LaneTrax may, but is not obligated to, issue additional or replacement codes (with the same or different disclosed caps or discounts).

LaneTrax may state deadlines and close a code to new assignments. Otherwise valid assignments already saved through a supported LaneTrax flow will be honored on their original offer terms, subject to the disclosed eligibility, deadline, and lawful fraud controls. Merely viewing a page or QR code is not a saved assignment. We will not retroactively reprice a completed purchase or remove an earned Reward by changing the offer.

6. Participation and Verification

After three Qualifying Referrals are verified by LaneTrax, the eligible Referrer is entitled to one Reward as described in Section 7.

Attribution uses LaneTrax's records and available purchase evidence. If a technical or attribution error prevents an automatic count, you may request review under Section 9. Exercising privacy rights does not itself disqualify a participant, although we must be able to verify the referral.

Referred Friends must follow the disclosed code-assignment and purchase or redemption flow described in Section 4. Instructions will be available before the relevant action.

7. Reward and Redemption

When a Referrer meets the threshold in Section 6, LaneTrax will issue a single-use code redeemable at DHLab for one shammy (the "Reward"). The product and standard shipping to the 50 U.S. states or D.C. are free. There is no cash or credit alternative. Unless LaneTrax expressly states otherwise in writing, each Referrer may receive only one Reward during the Promotion.

Redemption occurs on DHLab's site, subject to its terms, privacy policy, availability, lead times, and shipping policies, which are not controlled by LaneTrax. Those terms do not remove LaneTrax's obligation to provide an earned Reward. Contact us for assistance with a missing or unsuccessful redemption or fulfillment; we remain responsible for our own commitments and legal duties.

If a shammy is unavailable, LaneTrax may substitute an item of equal or greater approximate retail value or provide a coupon of comparable value, in its reasonable discretion. A substitution must not require an extra payment or reduce the earned benefit; mandatory remedies remain available.

Referrers are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees arising from acceptance or use of the Reward, except that LaneTrax covers standard U.S. shipping as stated.

8. Sharing and Prohibited Conduct

• Referrers must not create fake accounts, refer themselves, or otherwise attempt to circumvent eligibility or verification.
• Share Referral Codes only with people you know and in a personal manner that complies with applicable laws and platform terms. No mass emailing, texting, automated messages, paid ads, or posting on coupon sites.
• When sharing your Referral Code, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you may receive a benefit (a free shammy) if your friends subscribe using your code.
• Rewards and Referral Codes are personal, have no cash value, and may not be sold, bartered, auctioned, or transferred.

9. Verification and Review

All participants, Uses, Subscriptions, and Qualifying Referrals are subject to reasonable verification by LaneTrax. We may require proof of identity, age, residency, and/or compliance. We will request only information reasonably needed, explain any unresolved issue, and allow a reasonable response where lawful. Failure to provide necessary evidence may prevent verification. You may ask us to review a decision; this does not limit complaints, court proceedings, or other legal rights.

LaneTrax may void improperly obtained Uses or Subscriptions and disqualify a participant on substantiated grounds of fraud, abuse, harassment, manipulation, or material breach. Action must be proportionate and lawful. A report or suspicion alone is not a final finding.

10. Changes and Termination

LaneTrax may change or end the Promotion for legitimate reasons, including legal requirements, security, fraud prevention, or ending the program. Material changes follow the advance-notice and acceptance rules in the LaneTrax Terms, including the limited urgent legal or security exceptions. Notices will explain any deadline for further qualifying activity. Changes will not remove earned Rewards, disregard qualifying activity already completed under an accepted offer, or retroactively worsen valid saved assignments. If a change prevents completion of an existing accepted offer, we will provide a reasonable completion opportunity or an equivalent remedy, subject to mandatory law.

11. Privacy, General Terms, and Contact

The Privacy Policy explains LaneTrax's handling of Personal Information, including public referral names and the request process. DHLab handles information supplied to its service under its own privacy policy. LaneTrax remains responsible for its own disclosures and legal duties.

Participation does not itself supply a publicity release or privacy consent. Public use of a participant's name, likeness, handle, or statements requires the rights and permissions applicable to that use. Content-use limits in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply.

Warranties and liability follow Sections 13 and 14 of the Terms of Service. Those provisions do not remove earned Rewards, honored assignments, or mandatory consumer rights. This Promotion adds no separate blanket release or liability cap.

Illinois law governs the Promotion, and disputes follow Section 15 of the Terms of Service, including its court-based process and protection of mandatory local rights. This version does not require arbitration or waive available class or representative actions.

Other general matters, including severability, notices, transfers, and the document hierarchy, follow Section 16 of the Terms of Service, subject to the protections for earlier agreements in Section 1.
