We may use this material for any lawful purpose, including marketing and promotional uses (e.g., showcasing features, generating demo clips, or illustrative analysis), product improvement, and training of algorithms and models.
We may sell or share (as those terms may be defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws) personal information and other data, including shot/video data and derived analytics, with third parties (e.g., partners, analytics providers, or customers) for business or commercial purposes. Where required by law, we provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control and honor opt-out preference signals. Your choices are described in Section 9.
Depending on jurisdiction, our processing may rely on one or more of the following: performance of a contract (providing the Application), our legitimate interests (security, analytics, improvement, marketing), compliance with legal obligations, and/or your consent (e.g., certain marketing or sensitive uses where required).
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Application, fulfill the purposes described above, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods may vary by data type, use case, and legal/regulatory requirements.
We use third-party services that process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Examples include:

The Application is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action, including deletion, as required by law. Where laws impose higher age thresholds or require verifiable parental consent, we will comply.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you access the Application from outside the United States, you understand information may be processed in the U.S. or other countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the Application and/or on our website. Your continued use of the Application after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
